Sonic Drive-in - Florence

The shake was good, but the service was slower later in the evening, which was understandable.

The seating area was full of chairs so I couldn't sit while waiting for 15 minutes past 9 o'clock at the drive-thru. I ordered a total of 5 shakes for $43 after 9pm (which apparently is a special deal according to the app, even though it wasn't clearly stated- half off shakes when ordered online for the past 10 years). Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes because the ice machine was malfunctioning. I am disappointed to say that I will never support Sonic again and will advise others to avoid eating there due to their high prices and poor service.

I decided to try this restaurant instead of our usual spot in Muscle Shoals tonight, and it was a mistake. I ordered an Oreo Chocolate Master shake and Snicker Blows, and they were the worst we've ever had. The shake only had one piece on top of the whipped cream, and there wasn't a single crumb of Oreos in the ice cream. The Snicker Blows was basically just a cup of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Both dishes were lacking in mix-ins. On top of that, it took 25 minutes to receive our order. We will not be returning to this place.

They are always slow. it always takes 2-3 minutes to ask for my order. young female worker said they have 5 minutes to ask and that they are short workers when I complain. then I had to repeat my order twice and order three times. they look like they never worked with sonic before and it's the same manager every time. they are just foolishly slow and not really pay attention to the helton drive sonic from now on.

Food was out to us quickly. Staff was very polite, and the patty melt I ate was AWESOME!
