Starbucks - Florence

I visit this restaurant every Friday and always make a large order for my family of six. They consistently get our order right, with only one small mistake that was quickly corrected. I highly recommend trying the pink drink, green tea lemonade, and all of the desserts we have sampled - they were all amazing.

Lovely and clean atmosphere on a university campus. The restaurant is situated in the Commons Building at Wendell W. Gunn University.

My man goes on his way to work 6:45 when he works in his office. (2-3 days per week) he never knows if they are open. many paintings they are not. last week of 5th april, he stopped to get a venti white chocolate mocha. they were out of venti? what dieucks coming out of mugs today, 12. april he stopped this morning and they were made of white chocolate mocha? the management must make this location straight.

Worst Starbucks........ Never know if they will be open. Stopped yesterday no dark roast, made no effort to make some. Terrible service on inside, watched cars go thru drive in that were behind me. Not a fan...

Customer service is bad with certain workers they mess up orders a lot and it seems like they don’t really care, they also need more workers whenever they get busy workers interact horribly with customers and they definitely need the help.
