Taco Bell - Florence

The Taco Bell located on Wood Avenue is clean and the staff are friendly, however, they have a tendency to consistently make mistakes with my order. I always order the same thing: two crunchy beef taco supremes and a beef chalupa supreme. Unfortunately, most of the time I end up with regular tacos instead of supremes, and they often turn out soggy and inedible. While the chalupa is usually good, there have been times when the shell was undercooked. Despite the errors, I continue to visit this location simply because of its convenient proximity to my home. However, the quality of the food is consistently disappointing as it becomes soggy shortly after purchase. Even after numerous attempts, my order is still being consistently wrong. It is frustrating and absurd that after three years, the same issues persist.

I went through the drive-thur and the lady at the windows was super nice. Very talkative and extremely polite. Food was fresh and hot. Absolutely amazing!!

Okay so I know I shouldn?t expect the GREATEST service from a Taco Bell, but can I at least expect my taco to be IN the shell? Half of my taco was either in the bag or covering my napkins. It might help if you actually, I don?t know, wrap the taco up inthe paper instead of just basically throwing it in the bag hanging halfway out of its wrapper? That would be nice. I would liketo actually eat my taco, not have my table wear it.

The service was excellent and we left with smiles on our faces, feeling welcomed. While most employees seem like they're just doing their job, the new staff member, Antonio, was outstanding on his first day. He showed great potential!

I did not give a 5-star rating because when I ordered a Mexican pizza combo with 2 supreme tacos through the drive-thru, I received regular tacos instead. Other than that, everything else was good.
