Panera Bread - Florham Park

Helen the manager wouldn’t substitute my free 5 dollar pastry the app rewards me for a large drink cup. The drink is much less and costs the company loses isn’t worth comparing. Also this Panera treats customers like it’s the only Panera they’ve been to and we can’t compare their police office tactics to other ‘more customer trusting’ other Paneras.

Food is good, and prepared fast...but it's expensive. Order for three of us came to almost $40 and considering the size of the portion.... Plenty of seating available, a/c is awesome during the hot summer, plus free WiFi. A picture of one of the meals is attached.

This Panera always pleases me with their food. Service is quick and friendly, and the food itself is amazing. Would highly recommend the turkey sandwich. If you want to dine in, there are many clean and comfortable booths. The entire place is very well organized and clean. Would highly recommend for a good meal or a quick bite.

I was basically accused of stealing a drink even though I am a paying Unlimited Sip Club member because I brought my own Panera cup and did not order it through the kiosk. The manager stopped me in the parking lot as I was leaving and made me come back inside to order the drink through the kiosk. I pay $14.99 per month for a subscription to Unlimited* drinks. If there are limitations to the service then the name should be changed to Limited Sip Club, not Unlimited. Customers should not have to worry about being harassed by staff and accused of stealing a drink, when they pay monthly for said drink. If there are limitations to how many drinks one can get, it should say so on the cup, in order to avoid confusion. The manager was very nice and was only doing her job. Panera is creating confusion by use of the word Unlimited for something actually has limitations, which are not clearly explained to the customers. I will most likely not use this Panera again since being falsely accused of stealing is not a pleasant experience.
