Feedback gevenTerrible service!! A guy with long hair helped us. He didn't tell us that the pop machine didn't work, but wasn't ready to give us a bottle of pop. He was arrogant. Never be back to this place. Age must be trained for customer service.
Only two types of bread to choose the line was not long, but it took over thirty minutes to order our sandwiches, and there is nowhere to park because too many places in this shopping center are popular. I'm just coming back from despair.

As a frequent visitor, I have become accustomed to the difficult parking situation. However, this issue is unrelated to the restaurant itself, despite others criticizing it for this reason. The restaurant is always clean, and I have never encountered any issues with the staff who have always been polite and professional. This is my go-to spot!
Due to the pandemic, I was hesitant to enter any public place because of how contagious the virus is. However, once I entered, I was impressed with the excellent and extremely clean environment of the restaurant. The workers did a great job keeping it clean. To my pleasant surprise, the Subway staff member, Oscar Leyva, who helped me, was very friendly and passionate about making my sandwich. He created one of the best sandwiches my taste buds have ever experienced! The variety of ingredients I requested in my 12-inch Italian sub with crumbles and cheese was perfect. Overall, it was an amazing experience thanks to Mr. Leyva's excellent customer service and the hardworking young staff who were all passionate about creating the best sandwiches. Oscar Leyva truly stood out as a top-notch Subway sandwich maker and a fantastic server.
