Chipotle Mexican Grill - Florissant

This is the worst place to save your money and time. I went right before closing and they did something to my food when I went out they laugh and when I wanted my money back, they said no refund and closed the register down I will never go to this place bad customer service

Customer service was at the top. The food was much fresher looking. The line was long, but moved. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My son's school had a fundraiser there... it was full, but they moved the crowd. The food was good, sometimes when I go, taste Scorch... but this time not. Chicken or vegetables tasted.

For many years I thought Chipotle was doing a good job with her food. Last year or so, the quality of the offer is gone. Usually they are always from the Fajitas. This is not only at this point, but several other places say they are from Fajitas. Also, on several occasions they have made of paper for revenue or the scanner does not work for their reward points. For a restaurant, not having food, is simply unacceptable because they should. In addition, to increase prices, while the quality of what they offer has no meaning and is a kind of lap in the face of the customer. I started bringing my business differently.

I have ordered from this chipotle over 20 times now because it is the only chipotle that delivers to my house. I have probably had my order correct 3 out of those 20 times. They will forget chips, dips, and entire bowls- it amazes me. Chipotle does nothing to make it right, so I am done with this place. Absolutely the worst.
