Their Chicken and Dumplings is absolutely not worth the steep price of $6.00! The dish is lacking in both chicken and dumplings, making it very basic and bland. You can easily grab a large can of Chicken and Dumplings from any Aldi or Save-a-Lot for just $2.00, and it will be packed with both ingredients. To make matters worse, my cup was only half full, and it was small to begin with! I definitely won’t be ordering their Chicken and Dumplings again. For the cost of one cup, you could buy six large cans at any grocery store.

It took over 20 minutes to receive my two subs. There were only two employees working, and while they were very friendly, the wait time for my order was excessive. I find the Maryland Heights location to be much better.

I recommend using the Upside App to get back from this place. The staff is super friendly and the food is consistently excellent. I earn 6% cash back from Upside, in addition to my Firehouse rewards. It’s a win-win!

The worst quality of a firehouse sub I have EVER gotten. I just moved to the area and wanted to try this location because I love the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket. There was 1 4 of the amount of meat on my sub and the other sub as well. The bread seemed stale crumbly. I will NEVER order from there again. Really big turn off for the price and it being one of my favorite places to eat :

This place has repeatedly served me cold food that is consistently wrong...as a matter of fact I've never gotten an order from there that was correct, I've tried all ways to order,I just ordered online today and all my requests were on the receipt but nothing was paid attention to every sandwich had everything on them and were cold and I got there early to pick them up so there is no excuse, my shop will NEVER WASTE ANOTHER DIME ON THEIR OVERPRICED CAFETERIA SANDWICHES.....firefighters should get their name off this chain asap!!!!!!
