Imo's Pizza - Florissant

Ordered Pizza at 6:50, was pose to be delivered between 7:40 and 7:50. I called she had ha attitude and was only told it was out for delivery. It arrived at 8:30 cold and definitely far from fresh.

Like always previously Reviewed this particular IMOS is my favorite. sausage- bacon- Jalapeno large pizza and hot wings etc...

I ordered my food online and everything was ready as promised. The two young men working there were attentive and very organized. However, the seating area could use some maintenance. I'm sure they attended to it at some point.

The man behind the counter on today's date at 10pm was rude to me, refused to take my order, and ignored me when I spoke to him. All I wanted was a couple containers of pizza sauce and I was there for about 20 minutes without ever being helped. All the while, he let the phone ring without even touching it. He said he refused to take any new orders even though the store was open. I have no idea what his deal was. He needs to be fired

Worst Imo’s staff rude food disgusting just a whole disappointing experience even the managers needs customer training as well as staff eating their pizzas and putting it with the customers pizza I’m sure this isn’t the correct protocol but the managers don’t seem to care about the safety of the customers food enter at your own risk should be on the front door
