Mod Pizza - Florissant

The customer service was terrible, and the staff was not very welcoming. When preparing food, gloves should be changed if going to the back to grab anything.

Most of the time, this restaurant is excellent. However, today was a different story. I placed an online order for pizza and went to pick it up at 7:05pm, the time they had specified. Unfortunately, my pizza was not ready, but I decided to wait. After noticing others who arrived after me receiving their food, I asked how much longer it would be for my order. The employee admitted they had not started making my pizza yet. Eventually, after a long wait, only one of my three pizzas was ready and I left the restaurant at 7:51pm. While this location is typically great, this experience has made me hesitant to order online on a Friday in the future.

I went to pick up an item that I had paid for but never received. The waitress, who was white, asked one black guy to help me after walking past me. Later, she asked another black guy to retrieve the item from the back. Both guys were able to get it for me. I suggest that the white waitress either needs to work harder or find a new job.

It's like Subway but for pizza! Absolutely fantastic a great idea and delicious pizzas. Staff was friendly and not at all upset by me getting overwhelmed at the options and being in a new place.

The last few times I've been to this establishment. The food has been sub par. The pizza taste burnt and gritty on the bottom. The pizza has been wet. They have also been out of a lot of ingredients. Also noticed they touched everything in the restaurant with the same gloves on ? I have to choose another
