Feedback gevenWhen I called the manager, Jason, to find out why I wasn't getting a receipt, he told me that I hadn't asked for one. I explained that I need a receipt every time and had informed him while he was at the window, yet I still didn't receive one. I'm very disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. As a result, I've decided not to return to this location. I feel like you and your staff are trying to make me out to be the issue instead of addressing the problem. I believe there is a serious flaw in how you're managing your operations for your own benefit. I was frustrated when your window attendant told me to come to the store to collect my receipt after she got involved in a phone call instead of just handing it to me. I'm genuinely disappointed in the management skills demonstrated here. Based on this experience, I don’t plan to return to your location, as you suggested. You seem to be operating in a disorganized manner, and I’m really let down by what happened at your Taco Bell.
I ordered the group menu items: 4 tacos and 4 stacked burritos. I just got home to eat, and I'm really disappointed. The amount of meat in both the tacos and burritos is ridiculously small! On the plus side, there is plenty of lettuce in the tacos and beans in the burritos, but almost no meat at all! What a letdown! I will definitely NOT be coming back to this Taco Bell, and if the other locations are just as bad, I won't be eating at any Taco Bell again.
When I explained to the staff that I had just come through and was missing food, a different employee—not the one who took our order—was quite rude and aggressive. He yelled at me, saying I didn’t order what I claimed and that if I wanted the correct items, I would need to pay an upcharge. We had wanted chicken instead of beef on the soft tacos, which I understand would typically incur an extra charge. However, most places would acknowledge their mistake for getting a significant part of our order wrong and would replace the two soft tacos without trying to charge us the additional dollar. Overall, we spent 45 minutes there and still ended up with an incorrect order.
I have been to this store several times. Usually, it 's ok other than the wait. But this time I waited only for them to say ... "we 're out of beef and are closing for 40 mins to make some. Ridiculous.
Lobby has always been locked every time I have tried to go here. Can not order inside. Drive thru is slow and rude, if they even answer at all, and good luck with your order actually being correct. Do not recommend this location at all.
