Jason's Deli - Flower Mound

Eating is good, but it was always a little expensive and has just gone crazy lately. $12.09 for a sandwich on a fast casual place is crazy.

Tried new BBQ Chicken Wrap, description says “Grilled, 100% antibiotic-free chicken breast” sadly its not really grilled in place. They reheat the frozen grilled chicken and pour the bbq sauce on top and wrap it. Huge disappointment!

I only ordered a sandwich to go, in between my jobs, not a large or extravagant order. They told me they'd call my name when it was ready and I ended up sitting around for nearly 30 minutes. Finally decided to go ask someone and my order had apparently just been sitting on a back counter. I only waited so long because I figured they just had a lot of orders and didn't want to pester them too much. No one was rude. It just seemed like they were a little disorganized.

The service use to be a lot better now they want to charge for ranch dressing. You use to be able to get one per sandwich you order. Please don’t ask for the house chips unless you dining in the to go orderI ”sandwich bag” is less then the amount you use to pay .25 cents for.

I ordered a Texas Spud. I have eaten this so many times in the past from Jason's deli and it was always tasty. I got this today and the cheese on the potato wasn't real cheese. It was like rubber. I nearly choked on it trying to swallow as it was not chewable. I only ate half of the potato and now my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm going to throw up. What did you poison me with??
