Great pretzels at great price. Owners are great!! For those who have had a bad experience…. you should have talked to manager or his son…. They would have taken care of you….they care what customers think. You guys Rock!!!!

Amazing place with great customer service that makes an absolutely authentic Philly soft pretzel. My husband and I are Philly natives and grew up having these every day as a snack in school. If you’re looking for a mall pretzel, this is not going to be it because that’s not what a Philly soft pretzel is. We so appreciate having this taste of home within walking distance of our house.

Joe was so nice he gave us free pretzels I suggest you go to the pretzels are delicious and the people are so nice especially Joe

THIS PLACE WAS SO DISAPPOINTING. I tried both the sugar cinnamon pretzel and the normal salted pretzel and let me just say they were pretty terrible. They tasted under cooked and the sugar pretzel barely had any sugar and the salt pretzel had barely any salt. It just tasted like pure bread. I’ve never had a pretzel this bad. I was wishing this place would taste at least a tiny bit similar to Auntie Anne’s but NO. Save your money.
