Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The kids had chicken fingers, and there was some hair in the food. However, the food was tasty and freshly cooked, almost melting the Styrofoam container. It was unfortunate that it wasn't delivered properly before cooling down. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5.

I frequently visit this restaurant, including its locations in Denton and Dallas Lovefield. Out of the three, this one ranks the lowest for me. The service here is consistently lacking. The fries are often undercooked and have an unappetizing pale color every time I order them. The chicken tenders, for some reason, are consistently very small and are usually not crispy or tender enough. This review is based on my experiences over the past two years across these locations. It’s disappointing that this particular location struggles to match the quality of the others, especially those in areas with better service. I hope management can take a step back, reassess their operations, and improve their standards!

I always come to this raising canes location and it's always great this time was awful!! When ordering the employee named Emma was very rude. When she didn't hear what drink I wanted she raised her voice at me and had a bit of an attitude. I get it we all have bad days but if you're getting paid to do a job you should do it with pride and have a better attitude.
