She then asked how I could know it didn’t taste good if I hadn’t finished it, which was frustrating since I was just trying to show that I wasn’t trying to get anything for free—I only took a couple of sips before realizing something was off. After that, she hung up on me. I was in complete shock; I’ve never had anyone treat me like that. When I called back, an associate refused to provide me with the corporate office number, but thankfully I found it online. I have no intention of returning to this establishment, and the manager, Raven, needs to improve her customer service skills. If the manager can hang up on customers, it raises concerns about the hiring practices of the place. I regret not reading previous reviews about their customer service. An update on this situation: I hesitated about leaving my review after receiving a call from the VP following my complaint to corporate, but I want to keep it up because bad customer service deserves to be called out. Raven told the VP that she didn't hang up on me and claimed there was a disconnection, but that just isn’t true. It’s really disappointing, as this was my go-to spot. On a positive note, the VP was very responsive and took the time to discuss my experience, which I appreciate. I’m updating my review because of that, but I really wish things had been handled differently.

This location is by far the slowest I've ever visited. I always place my order online in advance, but most of the time, it hasn't even been started by the time I arrive, even after the expected ten-minute wait.

I don't usually go to Smoothie King very often, but this location impressed me. The service was excellent (thanks to Twan), and the smoothies were outstanding!

I consistently receive excellent service, particularly when Twan is working!
