Smoothie King - Flower Mound

Awesome location. Great customer service, friendly, polite, get the order out fast. Every past order here has always been top quality. My favorite location, I definitely recommend this location.

My husband and I go to this smoothie king quite a bit and usually have a decent experience but tonight the smoothie wasn’t even drinkable it tasted so bad. We showed up at 8:30 and all the lights were off and the kid working seemed put out. We returned the smoothies and he just mumbled something at us and walked off. We didn’t want money back but the whole experience was terrible. Probably won’t be going back.

This is my second time going to this location. I ordered 3 smoothies last time. Blueberry Heaven, Greek yogurt strawberry blueberry and the Lil’ Angel and the one I liked the best was the Lil’ Angel. It was exactly what I was looking for. I went in this time thinking Angel Food was the same thing. It kind of is but it had a funky aftertaste. I’m thinking it’s the turbinado, maybe that isn’t used in the Lil’ Angel. The Blueberry Heaven and the Greek Yogurt Strawberry Blueberry were just not good. The aftertaste for both was the problem and I couldn’t finish them.I got the PB Swizzle bowl, too. It is really good. I would get it again. Funny thing is, it comes with an açaí berry smoothie at the bottom and without the berries and bananas, it doesn’t taste very good by itself.The service was really nice! They said hi right away and let me know they’d be with me shortly.Gave me some time to find what I wanted to order. They were friendly and I appreciate that.

Disrespectful staff and very poor hygiene practices

AMAZING Staff, and AMAZING new location. The storefront is clean and shiny new. I always get a nutty super grain without Apple Juice once a week and this location KNOWS their recipes, are fast, and so nice. The ONLY complaint I have is that they didn't put in a drive thru but hey I need the steps anyway. Thanks for being so fast and helpful, yall!
