Starbucks - Flower Mound

From early grey again and again. Why can't the team order enough, that's the basic inventory management. We're not coming back.

Drove through and it is always packed. The person in the window was very helpful. Was the first time I used the app and she was very helpful and went through it. I appreciated her for that. Drinking was amazing. Surprising how fast the line moves. Great experience. Food: 5/5

Came at 10:30 on a Sunday and the place looked very unorganized. I didn't know if they were open because there were unopened boxes on the counter and on all floors. No one greeted me and I had to ask if someone could accept my order. 7 people work and 3 of them look like they hate their job/life. Get it together.

What a disappointment. Not only was it dirty and insecure (there were boxes half along the counter, which were to order a puddle water and wet ground) but they were made of just about every pastry and had no sleeves for hot coffee. Burning my fingers wasn't exactly what I wanted to start my day.

We asked for soy cappuccinos and ended up with a milk that smelled odd. When I called they tried saying it's soy. Learn how to make your coffees right. I'm so disappointed. This coffee is not cheap!Food: 1/5
