Sushi Tobi - Flower Mound

Excellent sushi rolls!! The specialty Mermaid roll was amazing!! Great meal and very sweet personality waitress! Highly recommend and priced right.

We thought the sushi was really good! Our favorite is the 007 roll and the Crunch Tuna Roll. We also ordered the getaway roll and it was just OK compared to the other rolls.

I visited this restaurant for a late-night snack after catching a movie and chose to sit at the sushi bar. The sushi chef was incredibly accommodating and made some delicious sashimi that was just right for us. We also ordered a roll that was excellent. The atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly.

We were thoroughly impressed with Sushi Tobi, especially since it's a new restaurant. While the salad and miso soup were just average, the orange chicken and sushi roll were outstanding! The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, and the service was attentive. This is a wonderful addition to the neighborhood!

My wife and I visited Sushi Tobi yesterday, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Typically, we have to travel to Dallas or Fort Worth for quality sushi, but now we have this gem right next door! We sampled a variety of items from their menu, starting with Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls, Edamame, and Miso Soup. The Crab Rangoon and egg rolls were among the best I've ever tasted! The fish was outstanding—delicious, tender, and incredibly fresh. We enjoyed the 007 Roll, Sunset Roll, and Yellowtail Sushi, and while all were excellent, the Sunset Roll and Yellowtail Sushi were my personal favorites. The service was very friendly, and the manager, Cindy, was exceptionally sweet. We will definitely be returning!
