Domino's Pizza - Flowery Branch

The employees were incredibly friendly! The customer service was fantastic. Although my address was 2 miles away and the online system indicated that delivery wasn't available, I called the restaurant to confirm. The woman I spoke with was really helpful and quickly added my new address to their system. My order was delivered in no time! I'm very satisfied.

I ordered our pizza at 1:45, and by 2:02 it was being checked for quality. When I called at 2:35, I was informed that it was waiting for a delivery driver. Our pizza finally arrived at 2:58. It's really disappointing to spend $40 on pizza only for it to take over an hour, and the worst part is that we had to microwave it before we could even eat it. Cold pizza is not what I expected, and I honestly wish I had checked it before the delivery driver left and just sent the cold pizza back. As a manager at my job, I find this level of service UNACCEPTABLE.

Im not the person to write bad reviews but im literally shook! i had to say something ?. i went inside and saw a girl forming pizza dough with her bare hands with a band aid that appeared to look like it was slipping off i immediately left that ishorrible !!

I only ordered lava cakes, and they burned them? They smell and taste burnt! And this is all I received, hahaha.

Had a free pizza with rewards an they sent out an absolutely disgusting pizza to me. Thinking of calling the corporate number but I don?t wanna blame the driver. This is on management an the cooks but this is unacceptable.
