Pizza Hut - Flowery Branch

I online ordered two pizzas, A supreme and a build your own with cheese and chicken. They SMOTHERED our Supreme with Banana Peppers (Which were not ordered, and not on a supreme in general). Upon returning 20 minutes later after they said they would remake the pizzas, they could not find either one, and our build your own was BARLEY warm. The kitchen was a mess and NO ONE was wearing gloves or washing their hands after messing with phones, clothing, money, etc.. This was truly a terrifying experience and I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again.

The wings, crispy and buffalo hot, are amazing; as is the early week special thin crust pizza. Better than the Papa!

This Pizza Hut always takes a long time and they always seem to be short on help. Ignore the wait times listed from the online checkout. Your best bet is to just wait at home until 45 minutes after placing your order. They genuinely need this amount of time.

I remember a time when you could customize the P'zone. Now it's cooked crisp as though it comes frozen. The rest of the meal was what you would expect from the Hut. It's ok if there's not a Domino's in the area.

The team works diligently to ensure that orders are delivered promptly. They are skilled at addressing online issues effectively. I witnessed customers verbally express their frustration, but the staff handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. Truly an outstanding team!
