Rachetti's Cafe Pizzeria

This place used to be great but the service has gone downhill so much that it overshadows the good food. We went the other night. There was only 1 other person in there yet we waited 15 minutes to have our order taken, another 30 minutes for our food to come out...which would've been fine if the appetizer had come between our order and our meal.. But they never brought that. After all that time and no appetizer, both meals were wrong.. My meal had to be corrected TWICE... then she brought out the appetizer after the fact. She tore apart our pizza in an attempt to prove that we were wrong about the fact that they were missing some of the toppings. But we weren't wrong and ended up with a torn up pizza. We would have asked for a new one but given the fact that we had already been they're well over an hour at this point and just wanted to leave, my husband just ate it as it was. And after all of that on top of having to remind our server at least two or three times every time we asked for a refill or sauces Etc we decided that the previous time we had been there with horrible service was obviously not a fluke and this is just their new way of doing business. I'd say they're delivery service was better but the last time we ordered delivery, we were told it would be delivered between 30 and 45 minutes and after an hour we called and she said it should be there anytime and after another 30 minutes we called and they didn't know what the problem was. All in all it took almost 2 hours to get our wings that we had ordered to go with the pizza we had gotten elsewhere because we didn't trust their service. So everyone else had finished eating by the time the wings even got there. I don't know what's going on with the management or lack thereof but I'm guessing that there is a reason it has been almost empty every time we've gone in lately

20 pizza.Ordered extra cheese sausage and pepperoni but most of the pizza was just dough with sauce on it. Only the middle pieces had toppings. Dough was very tough, thick and not very good. I ate a few pieces from the middle that had any toppings and threw the rest away. I will not order from there again.

Where do. I start? First of all, not busy when we arrived. Very warm inside and the temp continued to rise as the wait went on. We ordered a “thin crust” Margherita pizza. After waiting over 50 minutes, a semi thick crusted pizza arrived with no plates. Again more waiting for plates and cheese.At no time was there an offer for our drinks to be refilled. We did request ice (3times! to at least make them cold again and did receive ice, after my wife went to the bar and got it herself! When asked about the thick crust, our waitress stated that a thin crust was ordered! Knowing she ordered it right really helped my mood! The process of paying for this experience was quick and efficient tho!We have had good experiences here in the past but ordering, waiting, and waiting for our food in an uncomfortably warm environment and then not getting at all what we ordered will make us think hard before returning.

First-time customer, delivery order: We experienced an excessive wait time (order placed at 7:12pm and partially received at 9:40pm, almost 75 minutes beyond the online delivery estimate) and still have yet to receive our full order.I called for an update after the first 30 minutes beyond our delivery estimate passed and was advised our order was on its way. Another 45 minutes later it arrived, but incomplete. I called the restaurant back to cancel that part of our order but was told it was on its way back out and should be delivered in 15 minutes. I called again at 10:45pm knowing the close time and still not receiving the full order. No answer. I followed up by email that night and the days following requesting assistance. With no response, in addition to the poor customer service received Friday night, I would not recommend ordering from Rachetti's. Maybe the in-restaurant experience is better?The thin crust pizza itself was good and the appetizer we ordered was just as fine. But it does not outweigh our experience with the staff or operations.

DISORGANIZED CONFUSED LAZY STAFF. ONE WAITRESS FOR A SUNDAY STAFF JUST LOOKING AROUND NOT HELPING OVER WORKED WAITRESS. ZERO TEAMWORK BARMAID JUST MIXING DRINKS FOR 5 PEOPLE DRUNKS COULD BE HELPING Waitress. Too many cooks in kitchen dough machine caught fire. People walking out without paying for food service so bad. Guess manager or owner is absent does not care apparently
