Mcclain Resort - Flowood

Something for all from small children to big parents. we had a large group (19 people) and one of them had a recent special nutritional needs.

Good eating in the morning to breakfast needs something to get eat, so I would suggest eating there for breakfast, but for lunch it is a buffet and it.

The buffet was terrible. the food tasted and looked very old. would not recommend eating at the buffet.

Read before you go! We have been visiting McClains for years. They have really dropped the ball. It was over $50 for my family of 3 today. The food quality has gone way down! The food is not as good and there is not as much variety. The Buffett is so nasty and they don’t clean up. All the foods are mixed together. The waiters no longer refill your drinks. Barely any waiters at all. There was an item at gift shop that I looked at a few weeks ago , it was $10, today it was $19.99. They have gone way up, but the quality has gone way down. We won’t be back.

This is one of the neatest places I have been to in forever! I felt like a little kid in a candy store! Everything was just incredible! I will definitely go back and do some shopping in the general store. Had a blast in the petting zoo feeding all the critters. Salad bar is awesome!
