Villa Appalaccia Winery - Floyd

The owners are incredibly welcoming and make sure to take their time with you during the wine tasting. I sampled 8 or 9 wines for just $10, which I found to be a great deal. They were delicious, and I ended up bringing home two bottles. I’m definitely planning to return before heading back to Raleigh. They also offer food, and on weekends, they serve pizzas from their pizza oven. We visited on a Friday, so unfortunately, the pizza wasn’t available then.
