Listen to the staff when they tell you no you don't need that. After you eat the stew, you can add noodles and rice that's if you're not full yet. But you can you order that at the end.
The waitresses were nice. I like their snacks, seafood pancake with scallions, stir-fried rice cake with cheese, and stir-fried rice cake with seafood. However, the stew was not for us.
On our way into NY city, we wanted to get some Korean soup. OMG! Such a great decision to stop by. Each of us ordered a different soup and ate all of it! To the bottom of the bowl. What more to say.? Each soup had a great soup base. So tasty. I will definitely come back. I LOVED my soup! Can't say enough about how delicious it was. Hit the spot for sure.
Staff is so friendly! We shared 1 pot and it fed 4 people and we still had leftovers. Food was delicious. I did not like the seafood pancake as much since it was really thick.
Visited on weekday afternoon. Did not need to reserve. There is a small parking lot right behind this restaurant. On the left side of the main entrance, there is a small car entrance to the parking lot. Max occupancy is 4-5 cars. As long as you are using the restaurant, I think you can use that parking lot. Ordered uh geo gi gamja tang. It tastes as authentic as it can be. It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth the money. Not too spicy, very flavorful, does not taste like msg soup. It's made of pork loin, potato, lots of vegetables, including bean sprout, watercress, cabbage, mushrooms. It comes with side dishes. They are pretty tasty. Im not sure if refill is free, but you can certainly ask for them. You can get a fried rice at the end. They pan fry with rice and some other ingredients using the left over broth. They sometimes do it in front of you and sometimes in the kitchen. This is the best part. Give it a try! Overall, i really recommend it to everyone.
