Pho Metro - FLUSHING

Ordered Pho Tai takeout from this place. Came with 2 slices of meat. This is the saddest bowl of pho and I’m Vietnamese . Never coming back here. They do not deserve their 4.6 stars. I’m absolutely appalled by this place. DO NOT COME HERE.Food: 1/5

First time eating here. We had the vegetarian rolls and the beef stew with noodles. I enjoyed the beef stew. Large portion and very tender meat .Food: 5/5

Solid and consistent pho but nothing to write home about. Broth is not too heavy but could use some more flavor. I wish they served tendon and wish the portions were a little bigger. Summer rolls were fresh and pretty good as well, but definitely could use more herbs. Definitely could have used some mint.Service was good and place is kept clean so that’s always a plus!

I first came to this restaurant because I drove to flushing and it has a sizeable parking lot in front of it (shared with a grocery store and a few other establishments) but I left as a loyal customer. The pho was fresh and overly heavy in flavor. The iced viet coffee was also one of the best I’ve had. After my first visit, I was not writing reviews yet but I have come a second time and now I’m leaving a review.This establishment is very clean, has great customer service, and has a bathroom.We ordered iced viet coffees, a new appetizer on their menu called goi ga, pho chin, and a bun bo hue. The viet coffees are strong and dark but the condensed milk balances out the flavors beautifully. We learned that the recipe for the coffee also called for some hazelnut to make it a little nutty. It’s so good, you must try it! The goi ga was crunchy, umami, and cold. It was a great appetizer and nothing like I’ve ever had before. The flavors blended well together but if you don’t like the flavor of fish sauce, you should probably stay away. The pho chin was great as usual and came out hot. I didn’t try the bun bo hue but my friend gave it two thumbs up!

My new favorite Vietnamese place. Friendly staff, quality ingredients, best beef Banh Mi, I’ve ever had. Pho also very good, and high quality beef there as well.Food: 5/5
