The food is good. But when it comes to sushi, you get what you paid for. The sushi is not the real deal. Let me repeat, the sushi is not the real deal. And what I mean is that, the rice is not for sushi, the rice is not prepared like how a real Japanese restaurant prepares sushi rice, you can absolutely tell the difference, and tell the difference between good quality seafood and the cheap stuff. It’s not pleasing to me. I’ve been eating Japanese sushi for many years, some from Rochester ny, Buffalo, ny, and some from Portland Maine and ofcourse from right here in the big Apple, so when I tell you my experience from eating the sushi rolls here at this spot , I’m telling you from experience. You want the real deal, look for Japanese owned restaurants that depends on their reputation and you’ll see the difference, trust me. If you go to Cape Cod try the sushi at Inaho Japanese Restaurant, Portland Maine, try Miyake or Sapporo,On the other side of the menu, the Chicken teriyaki with rice, is good, I think it was better tasting though prior covid lockdown, could be just me, or maybe some ingredients were swapped for cheaper stuff, I don’t know, but it is passable and good tasting and good cheap price.Sorry Teriyaki One, I have to be Honest. Your rice and chicken taste good, but the sushi? It is not like before the lockdown. Something changed.I work for a food company, I can’t say cause you will call them up, so I do know something about Sushi and how it is prepared and with several brands ingredients it is commonly made with. Peace out !
I ordered teriyaki beef and shrimp bowl, so juicy and tasty, I’m so happy with the meal, would like to go back for another one.Vegetarian options: The sushi roll and poke bowl with avocado are vegetarian’s good choicesKid-friendliness: The space is clean and bright, nice layout out
Come on the price went up the but the amount got less over time. I remember the first day they opened the chicken was more than I can finish now it’s like the rice is more than I can finish ?
$12 for 4 thin slice of salmon..... never come back
