Allinferno - FOIANO DELLA CHIANA

Allinferno was more than just a pleasant surprise. After a long flight and a day of marathon shopping this was the perfect end to a wonderful day. The locale is in the countryside and with a building that's been lovingly restored. It use to be an old farmhouse with stables and a tobacco room. It's obvious great care was taken with its' restoration. An authentic space and super clean. The food is literally a feast for all senses. Home grown, regional fare not to be missed. From a well travelled connoisseur, this little piece of heaven is it. Exceptional service and incredible ambience with the singing crickets just outside. A true dream. It's truly not a place you can find on your own .....you have to be sent there. Not to be missed!

YOU MUST MAKE THE TRIP from any parts of Italy. Lovingly restored structure beautiful fragrant breeze and super clean. I haven't even talked about the food yet. The best Italy has to offer.
