Always fun to go here, tonight was opening season for college football! It was packed . Sham was a rock star!

The Reuben sandwich is simply the best. Fries are always fresh and hot.

Best fried pickles I’ve had all year! The boneless wings were also excellent. They held the sauce super well. Our baby loved the mash potatoes and broccoli!

This place, for me, has gone downhill over the years. The food is inconsistent from day to day without ever creeping back into the “satisfactory” range. Service is always amazing for me there and I have never had an issue in that department but I have had cold food brought out more than once and the dish visually looks different every time I go. I/e: Missing items that normally come with the meal that were left off by accident. I am sure there is a logical explanation and the labor market is tough but I have to be fair and the food is my biggest complaint here.

Worst service, 3 tables came and went while we waited. Robin our server laughed at us at our table when we gave her a poor tip, due to poor service. We never received a salad we ordered and she didn't take of off or offer the salad. She was abrupt and unprofessional. She's bringing the business down. She again laughed at us while leaving in a taunting way. Manager was rude as well when it was reported. Update: the management did reach out almost immediately and they were super respectful and apologetic about our experience. We really appreciated this and their response. Just saying sorry it sucked that day, goes a long way:
