Feedback gevenIncredible homemade cakes and tarts were exactly what we needed after the long climb up the pass from Calliano. Lots of outdoor seating here, and very helpful and attentive staff.
While riding the motorbike and being quite hungry, this place seemes to have a special attraction. And indeed, inside we got very nice food from friendly people, accompanied with nice conversation and very good (jazz-style) musc. Food is prepared from local ingredients, the chef knows all the sources by name. Really a nice place to stop over.
We were exited about our mountain trip and were hoping to taste some local dishes. By chance we stopped at Chalet Passo Sommo. The menu seemed ok, also in terms of prices, around 9 euro for first course and 14-19 for the second course. However, the food was pure, neither the taste, neither the size. I regret the money spent. P.S. Somehow in the middle of August the place was full of Christmas decorations, which looked quite awkward.
Addobbano for every season with commitment and much love, hot chocolate is dense and good as no other chocolate, sweets are homemade and are delicious. The welcome of Mrs. Erika is magical and together with the perfect atmosphere of the chalet make you feel like home and you don't want to leave anymore.
