Feedback gevenCucinaa cook the class hosted by chief marco gubbiotti was a bond experience with my family that I will never forget. we were in the villa san lorenzo near castiglione del lago and we wanted a break from cooking and cleaning for 15 family and friends. we were happy enough, chief marco gubbiotti of cucinaa visit the villa to teach my family and friends how to prepare a four-course menu for all. the curs included beef tartare (start,) frascarelli (first curs,) sirloin from chianina (main) and white chocolate mousse for dessert. when every meal was prepared, chief marco offers its secrets to make every dish perfect while an entertaining experience for all involved. He has set a knife-force demonstration for all the children they loved. all this, without driving 15 people in three cars to a restaurant that cannot all sit at the same place. he delivered the food, beautifully shed every dish, and drove to our location to make this experience amazing.
A pleasant surprise in another sweet, medieval Umbria town foligno. it is an ideal place to experience the best tastes of Umbria prepared by the famous italiqn koch marco gubbiotti. this enoteca serves as a gastronomic laboratory and offers courses. marco gubbiotti is known for those who follow italien's food scene. marco led another successful restaurant in the nearby town spello called bastiglia di spello, where he was awarded a Michelin star. cucinaa reflects with its offered that they are not at an ordinary place and all bears a special taste. Apart from a proper meal in the enoteca, they can also dozens of anti-Pasto, the traditional games of the first Italian meals in the adjacent business, which also offers a comfortable sitting opportunity. the shop carries a large collection of wine. They can also be ready to eat and bring home. they can offer their meal with ice cream from the next door gelateria amandola. located only outside of foligno, cucinaa allows a simple parking right in front of it.
We spent 2 weeks in spello with our 3 children and ended with Marco teams) spectacular cuisine 3 times. twice we used the take-off delivery service, which is really brilliant so that we can enjoy Michelin food in our holiday villa, ideal if they have small children. and I and my partner in the relaxed restaurant of marco have brought it to the point that we will never forget and be back.
Great and cozy place. great cousin and the chef is just excellent. a place where it is a joy to come back.
