Mcdonald's - Folkestone

We've all encountered our fair share of McDonald's restaurants around the world, but this one is by far the most beautiful McDonald's I've ever visited. While the service isn't the fastest (nor the slowest), the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are well above what you'd expect from a typical Golden Arches establishment.

This cozy and intimate restaurant offers boutique cuisine, served by attentive and dedicated waitstaff.

The food and staff were great, but the manager is quite unbearable. He is extremely rude to his team. Shane, you really need to work on your people skills. The way you speak to your staff is not acceptable.

I just drove from Dover to the Park Farm McDonald's in Folkestone. I always make sure to request no cheese on my bagel, but once again, it has cheese in it. I just got home, and it’s disappointing.

I had a great experience ordering through the app—everything went smoothly. I parked easily, enjoyed my meal outside, and everything was exactly as I expected. We've used this service before without any issues, so I have no complaints at all.
