Subway - Folkston

It's a subway. They're ok at what they do, but the service is often slow. They ran out of roast beef just before they started making my sub. A huge whale in front of me kept telling them to pile it on. And again because of the heifer in front of me they ran out of mustard. How a sandwich shop runs out of mustard is beyond my ability to comprehend.

I was in this place today for lunch 11-7-23 and was in line waiting for 20 minutes and when it was my turn for the woman to make my sandwiches I asked if they take coupons and she said yes . So I told her the two subs I wanted. I had to repeat what subs I wanted cause she was to busy worried about her phone. When she finally made her way back to make the subs I had to tell her again. When she was putting vegetables on the subs she asked are you paying cash or card. I told her I had a coupon and she said I can't take it cause it will not take it . So I walked out cause she lied about the coupon. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN.

Friendly staff who remembers people and orders. They do their best with limited staff. The building itself could use improvement (men's bathroom door and the soda machine). I'll always go back. Besides, where else will u go in Folkston for a fresh sub?!

Oh my they hired better friendly people my food looks great and not to say a friendly atmosphere all around... now my food is ordered and ready fast and fresh....

They do not know how to make sandwiches a feet-long Flatbread ended up being a 6 wrap. They are precisant that is how you make a Flatbread sandwich. Tried reaching out to the owner no response.
