Peet's Coffee - Folsom

Pete's has been a fantastic spot for strong, quality coffee for years (with the exception of their cold brew). However, I recently had a disappointing experience on Saturday morning when the coffee was surprisingly weak. I went back to request another cup, thinking it might have been a mistake, but unfortunately, it was only slightly better. I hope this is just a temporary issue, but I wanted to give a heads up to others. It was their anniversary blend, and I'm not sure if there has been a change in the brewing method or if the beans weren't roasted correctly. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Thank you!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of two girls with black hair at the counter. They laughed when they saw my name and mispronounced it, asking if it was "when." I corrected them, saying it's Gwen, and while I understand that English might not be their first language, it's not acceptable to laugh in someone's face over a name. This disrespect made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe it's important for staff to be trained to show respect to all customers, regardless of their names. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to this encounter, which felt quite disrespectful.

The drinks and coffee here are always top-notch, but this location is easy to miss while driving. It comes up quickly, so be sure to stay alert!

Friendly and clean. The parking is close to the bike trail too, but not a ton a spots to put your car if you don?t want to use up the spaces for other customers.

I vibe with this peets. Everyone is friendly and they make great coffee! Highly recommend.
