Samuel Horne's Tavern - Folsom

Didn't try the food but the beer and hostess were great!

This place is such a hidden gem. It's a bar with an amazing steak dip sandwich. I dream about this sandwich. It's always delicious. The tater tots are top notch. A must try! They make one heck of a lemon drop. I'm hungry just thinking about it!!!

We came across Samuel Horne’s by chance. Had the Elk burger, amazing. My wife had the Farmer Panni vegetarian . Both were excellent. We opted for the “ Gems” tater tots the bar tender said “ we are known for out tots”. I asked “ do you hand make them , his response was “ no, there frozen”. Which left me confused. With that said , the tots are really good. Very nice beer selection and extensive burger menu. Worth the stop
