Feedback gevenThe tacos were soggy and cold, and the chalupa was lacking in flavor. However, the Bean Burrito was excellent, and the Baja Blast Freeze was definitely the highlight of my entire order!
The food was stale, and there were no sauces, forks, or napkins provided. The potatoes were dry and tough, the beans were awful, and the burrito hardly had any filling—it was mostly just filled with onions. We ended up still feeling hungry because we couldn’t even finish half of our meal.
The watermelon drinks were awful! They had a powdery taste and left a terrible aftertaste.
We’ve encountered minor issues almost every time we visit, and tonight was no exception. After placing our order, paying for it, and receiving it—allegedly completed by 12:01, according to the Taco Bell app—we found the drive-thru blocked off and the lobby closed and dark. The employees inside seemed to be ignoring anyone outside. It’s now 12:35, and the store is supposed to be open until 1. When we called, we were told they didn’t see our order. So, where did our money and confirmation go? We double-checked the address, and it definitely shows that we are at the right location.
Today, the restaurant's lobby was closed due to staffing shortages. I saw a 12-year-old ride up on a bike, and he looked really disappointed because he couldn't go inside and wasn't able to use the drive-thru. It was disheartening for me, too, so I decided not to use the drive-thru either since that kid couldn’t get any food. It was a sad situation. Normally, their food is quite good when you order at the counter.
