The New American Bistro - Folsom

Great food. eating was excellent for lunch and not as expensive as I feared. I had the Greek salat made with a twist on the standard. it included artichoke hearts, roasted red paprika (on my request to replace green paprika), and nieren beans, along with the classic in a super tasty dressing, which is a ranch / feta combo. the roll was really good and warm with unusual and tasty spread./ my lunch pal had the crab cake that he enjoyed and excellently groomed. on his request they replaced cocktail sauce./ service was in order, we were the only one there shortly before midday, but others came in.

The food was good. the blackboard has many possibilities. it could be better.

This must be the best restaurant in delaware county. it is a small nut and pop with great service and excellent eating. prices a more appropriate for the amount of food they receive(that is a lot) and the presentation not to mention the excellent taste. everything I've ever eaten in the new american bistro was great. today I had the short bands and mac . the mac a cheese that they can say was home crazy with several types of cheese and seasons and the short ribs were tender and juciey. not to mention all their deserts are made to house I had the strawberry shortcakes. the best I had.

Here was amazing. I've been waiting for months to go and finally had the chance and it was worth waiting. the waiting time was a little long before our waiter came, but he was the only one on the floor and made a fantastic job. we came there at 6:45 a.m., but it was good that it was on the food. the portions were great, the taste was amazing, it is a little expensive, but I can't emphasize enough - it's worth it. it felt like a domestic atmosphere. best small restoration in delco!

We were asked by our waiter if we were ready to order, he said ok and never came back. After minutes we had to flag him down and asked if he could take our order. He didn't even apologize, restaurant wasn't crowded enough for him to be unattentive
