Two cars in the drive thru, three tables inside and I am the only person at the counter. So they are not busy! I ordered a Whopper w/cheese and bacon and a large onion rings. I live out of town and had to be to work in an hour. I started eating the onion rings as soon as I got in my vehicle and the onion rings were cold and soggy! When I got home to eat the Whopper it had very little ketchup and mayonnaise on it and that was it! No lettuce, tomato, onion or bacon! I tried calling but nobody answered the phone. I see from the reviews that several people are also disappointed with the food and figured I wouldn’t get anywhere. The last time I went there, I was disappointed as well. So I just decided that I’m not going to waste my time and money there anymore!
So I decided to order off of Burger King's website last night. The food was cold . The bag wasn't sealed like it should have been . Food was missing. I called this morning and spoke to Whatever person though they were a GM . She was beyond rude and nasty. Said it wasn't her problem and refused to refund me back . Even though it says if you order off there website it's there issues to refund you . This place is going downhill and definitely needs a lot of work . I don't trust this place anymore and never will again .
Went thru drive thru at about 10:30pm Typically don’t have any issues, was craving sweets so wanted a chocolate shake, cookies and Hershey pie. First they said they stop their machines at 9pm which is stupid cause they’re open till 12/1am. Whatever, then the cookies is 2 for $1 I ordered 3 orders of them only got half the order..
Chicken fries were hard as a rock, missing sauce. Employee had an annoyed attitude during ordering and handing out food.
