Dunkin' - Fond du Lac

They don't fill the cup, but they're sure how they do it. that was the medium, the little one was half full. I will no longer go to this Dunkin’. it was the worst so far. how to fill in the cup.

Went to dunkin to get a iced peppermint mocha coffee. the girl that took my drive thru order was confused what I wanted, but confirmed what I wanted. When I came into the window, she told me that the drink was on dunkin and told me that I had a good day. Not sure if they first messed up the drink, but it was a sweet gesture. I always had great experiences here.

I didn't even get an hour ago and asked for a big peach refresher with less ice. the lady who takes my command had told me if I had less ice that my drink would not be filled anymore. did not give me the opportunity to pay extra or something I would not do, not to mention that I have come here for at least one year or two years, but that has never been said. I also work in almost food and we can't do that either. I could understand if there was no ice, then jaa cool, that's good, but I had only asked for a little less ice and was kept for it. some people also have delicate teeth and want a little less ice, so it is not cold. I've never had a problem with my question, so I don't understand why she's a problem now.

They gave a chocolate with sprinkles, although I didn't ask for sprinkles. I should have checked the box before I left the drive.

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The food was not good at all. We ordered two coffees that were supposed to be the same, but they tasted completely different. They didn't even taste like they were supposed to. One of the coffee cups had a piece of hair inside at the bottom, along with coffee grounds. The food was cold and the hash browns were stale. We ordered three orders of hash browns and asked for ketchup, but they only had one ketchup packet left. It was 10 in the morning and we weren't even given a receipt. Overall, this dining experience was trash, absolutely trash.
