Feedback gevenWe were a big group with a table of children and a table of adult. the 14 children lasted in the age of 6 11 years. they sat at the table (no running around the restaurant,) ate the food and talked. until another guest in. stood up the restaurant and shouted loud enough to silence the whole restaurant that the children must be quiet. the children looked for such rudeness asking after they were not taught to scream, but again their meal and their talks. this man, a stranger to the children, leaned around and tried to tell them again, what? they could not understand him. this guest then stood up, complained to the staff, without doubt refused to pay for his meal, and left the restaurant with his party. we breathed a sigh of relief too early, because not 10 minutes later the chef came to the childish and she wrote to be calm. also here the children spoke in normal, not screaming and certainly not everywhere near except control. Of course, one of the elders in the name of these children has yelled, who have always led to talk at the table of dinner. Luckily this seemed to change the focus of the cook and he needed to beat the adult. the evening was resumed, the children were constantly shaken when they were not in whispering conversation and the adults had all lost their appetit. what a terrible experience. what a terrible way to treat children and families. what a terrible way to end a wonderful week of skiing in font romeu. I hope they will never be treated like this in a restaurant, whether adult or child. it's safe to say we won't be back. enjoy the silence.
Had the pasta carbonara, which was good inexpensive and very beautiful, although they are a bit too generous with the lardons! my partner had the steak with roquefort sauce was amazing! it was a very lively restaurant and the staff was very busy, but still attentive and polite.
Arrivé tardivement un dimanche soir dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel, je souhaitais profiter de la restauration offerte par le Carlit Hôtel pour gagner du temps. Quelle mauvaise décision ! Près de 20' d'attente pour qu'un serveur m'amène le menu, un buffet d'entrée et de desserts avec une qualité digne d'une cafétéria et un plat principal "Faux Filet" non copieux et non goûteux (composé à 80% de nerfs). Si ce repas s'inscrivait dans le cadre d'un menu Flunch à 15€, j'aurais accepté ce rapport qualité-prix ... mais pour près de 28€, c'est une honte !
Repas en famille. Accueil sympathique mais un brin lourdingue. Ambiance vieillotte avec sièges en cuir qui glissent. Sangria vraiment bof bof Une reblochonnade décevante avec charcuteries industrielles et fromage moyen. Tartiflette catalane sans goût très grasse. Sangria bof bof et pichet de rouge affreux. Le comble est le Mel I Maroc normalement fromage type faisselle de brebis servi avec du miel. Là fromage blanc de vache avec miel industriel. Je l'ai refusé. Extrêmement déçue de voir que des soi disants professionnels osent se moquer à ce point de leurs clients !!
Nous avons été reçu dans ce restaurant de façon très chaleureuse.Fondue bourguignonne, fondue savoyarde, tout était très bon et nous avons passé un agréable moment.Bon point pour le cuisinier et merci aux serveurs de leur gentillesse.Très sympas.
