Mandolin Aegean Bistro - Fontainebleau

I have been trying to make a dinner reservation at this restaurant for the past month, specifically on a Friday between 6pm and 9pm, but have had no luck. Despite attempting to call, I am unable to speak to anyone as the line goes straight to a unhelpful automated machine. Even when requesting to speak to a manager, the line disconnects, claiming they are busy. It is frustrating to see that the restaurant's availability is fully booked for the times I would like to visit, even a month in advance. I believe there should be a waitlist in place to give others a chance to dine there. We used to be regular customers when they first opened, visiting at least once a month, but now I am unable to secure a reservation. I even tried to make a special request for our anniversary, but was met with indifference and was eventually disconnected during the call. It is disappointing that the restaurant is not accommodating to its patrons. I urge them to address this issue promptly.

This restaurant gets a perfect score of 10 out of 10. The food here is insanely delicious. It was our second visit and every dish was fantastic. The white wine sangria was also delightful.
