Salt Straw - Fontainebleau

You can't go wrong with this chain. The housemade waffle cones are delicious. I had the usual cinnamon snickerdoodle (so smooth and flavorful) and an interesting one, pumpkin and ginger snap pie (very good, nailed the pumpkin flavoring). The staff are always lovely, and the space is clean.

This is the best ice cream spot in all of Miami, hands down. All other ice cream pales in comparison. I eat ice cream like the 600 pound sisters drink sodies. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else especially to get overpriced fake gelato peddled from every corner in Brickell.

So yummy open til midnight for those late cravings. Just about any flavor you choose will be sure to please your palate. My favorite is the honey lavender, hands down. Staff is very friendly. They encourage you to taste all the flavors you'd like before you choose. I'm not sure if this makes it easier or more difficult LOL. Go get yourself a scoop or two to enjoy on a long walk as you burn off those fabulous calories.

I love their unique flavors. Last tried their vanilla with infused olive oil.
