Feedback gevenMy husband and I came here to get away from the busy area and take a quick walk for some coffee. They made me a really good coffee. I did not try any food but it was a mobile order, by the time I got there it was ready!
I frequent this location every week the staff knows my order well and always greets me when I enter to get my mobile order. The are short staff but hey work hard to get you your order and give a good experience.
Worries workers and no supplies not a surprise. Super long line and no one had nothing??
Do not use mobile order!! The workers straight up ignore mobile orders, so some people have been waiting 30+ minutes and no mobile order drinks come out, only the pastries/sandwiches. When one guy voiced his frustrations, the guy worker just got defensive showing no empathy for how ridiculous the wait was. I do think the workers are working hard but at least acknowledge the ridiculous wait and NOT ignore mobile orders. Maybe it is a system error beyond the store. He needs to exercise more patience and not feel attacked when someone voices a valid concern. Poor customer service and poor system
I just want someone to hear what happened today. I went in for a iced coffee and they said they didn 't have ice. I ordered two drinks at the same time as my friend. Her drinks came right up but mine did not. During this time many people got drinks with ice in it. When I asked the lady with the spiders on her eyes she rolled her eyes and ignored me. After 25 min of waiting for my drink I asked again. She said I am only one person . I tried to explain that everyone who came after me had gotten there drinks and my plane was boarding she literally rolled her eyes. Then gave me one of the two drinks (not the right drink but we didn 't have time). I was so kind and asked about the other one and she yelled someone come deal with this lady . In which three other customers apologized to me for. The other lady was so nice and fixed it. We were there for a total of 45 min. This lady was so so rude and I was appalled by her lack of customer service. So we spent 14 dollars on two drinks, one that we didn 't want and one that was made wrong and waited 45 min. I run a business and know how things happen but the rudeness of this young lady was appalling. I have never ever been treated this way! She could have cared less about anyone in that line. She appeared lazy and tacky which had everyone in the line talking. She is defiantly not Starbucks material. She needs to work from home. I am embarrassed for her parents. I am a very kind and understanding person, but this person belongs in the kitchen at McDonald 's where she can be unhappy without treating the public so bad.
