Chapala Mexican Grill - Fontana

I'm not a fan. super disappointed by the $100 I spent here. carnitas were dry and rough, they can say they were safely cooled. almost crusty. the aguas frescas are the fake art, the salsas are terrible. like tomato sauce or similar to that they buy from a glass canister in food business. the tortillas have a bit of a tangy taste (like bad masa) or cheap masa and are also tasteless. that was long, eating was terrible next to the birch plate, that was in order. everything else has to think that they only make good pictures, but for social media or something, but they just don't make it so for their customers

We ordered catering from them and they went up and beyond for our event. the food was amazing! our table fell and spilled all the Taco Condiments and they replaced it without hesitation when it wasn't even her fault. I recommend you eat, service and catering!

That deserves 0 stars. my family and I came with our service dog. No one has waited for the little time we have for approx. 5-10 minutes were there. the waiter approached us then that our dog was not allowed when clearly our dog wears a service vest and yet had the boldness to ask for proof. he only took the ID card of our dog and went without saying why he picked up the ID and showed exactly every employee he took. (What is contrary to the law, I must add) that was handled very badly and if it was such a big problem that our dog was present, they should have said something before we even set ourselves, instead of discriminatory against our service dog. better.

I enjoyed a torta ahogada and horchata. The food and service were excellent!

Wow! This is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious!
