Jack In The Box - Fontana

I love Jack in the box but this one has terrible customer service, they see you waiting for attention to order your food and they don't even give you a greeting and they also look at you ugly as if you were going to ask for free from 1 to 10 one is very bad and 10 very good I give this restaurant a 1

Terrible service today 09/02/2024 I went to buy my food as always, when I ordered my food in the car the person who served me was very ****, he didn't give me my complete order but they charged it well!! I asked him for more ketchup and sauce, he just said that he already had it but terrible

I BOUGHT 2 BREAKFAST AND I ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE AND THE EGG WAS DRAINING BECAUSE IT WAS RAW, PURE CRITCH AND I DON'T COME BACK BECAUSE I WENT BY AT NIGHT AND THEN NOT EVEN THE GASOLINE AND I STEP HERE BECAUSE THIS IS NEARBY BUT IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY GAVE ME EVERYTHING WRONG APART FROM A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ?

Just went through the drive thru ordered tacos, egg roll's, and burger, we live 3/4 min away from this location and everything was completely cold, like they gave us old/cold tacos. SMH
