Kfc - Fontana

The man at the window today, 10/10/22 at 1:30 p.m., was extremely rude. He didn’t acknowledge me when I approached the window, and after I received my order, I asked for ranch dressing. He simply handed it to me and said, "Here." It would have been nice to at least hear, "Here you go." I don’t expect much from fast food service, but they could certainly do better.

With takeout, you don't get to see the food until you reach home. Unfortunately, the hot wings were extremely disappointing—hard, dry, and nearly inedible. It's frustrating that restaurants don't make an effort to serve fresher food instead of what seems like leftovers. I won’t be returning to this location. Goodbye, KFC.

My mom visited this restaurant twice and ordered a 16-piece meal both times, but she only received 8 pieces on each occasion. During her second visit, she specifically asked them to double-check that she would get 16 pieces, and they assured her that she would. However, once again, she ended up with only 8 pieces. The service was disappointing.

The food and service were good overall. However, we specifically requested crispy chicken, but received the original instead. Given the price we paid, I believe we should have received what we actually ordered.

They did an outstanding job! The Halloween costumes worn by the girls were simply adorable, adding to an already fantastic experience.
