A great New Year's Eve to enjoy a refined and original menu. We enjoyed the lightness of St. James' tartar with foie gras spoon. Warm welcome, very pleasant cocktail at the Crémant de Savoie. A quality report for a nice family holiday party. Certainly an experience to repeat next February.
