Garam Masala - Fontenay-sous-Bois

It is a restaurant offering North Indian food in Aushopping Val de Fontenay mall right in front of Auchan store. It is open until Menu Options for vegetarians I went to the restaurant at around Unfortunately for vegetarians, although there were couple...of options each in entrees, rotis, lassi but as part of main course curries there was just one option a thali (costing Euros) to eat in the restaurant which had a portion of rice, dhal (lentils), mix vegetable curry (which was so called) and a salad and for take away there was a Euro less option which included rice mix veg curry. Cost wise, no complaints. Taste I ordered the thali which as i mentioned above was the only option to choose. Wasn't asked for the spice level. Taste was not good at all. I neither felt the dhal nor the curry to be fresh. Note I haven't tasted in any other Indian restaurant in Paris (although i did in Helsinki in Finland and Kaiserslautern in Germany which were really good) and hence i don't have a direct comparison to make. Overall Wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a Vegetarian Indian food.

Located in a shopping center between the cash register and the exit, they do not expect a spectacular view and cozy atmosphere. the Indian food is decent for the price, my masala lamb was too foolish for my taste and the leti very small.

We had a quick and unpredictable evening meal. food quality and taste good. service friendly and reasonable price. of course nothing special in the mall, but always okay for a lunch or dinner.
