While passing through the abbey hotel, we spent a very lovely evening at the restaurant: Unique experience where we ate side by side on our (work table like two monks studying facing the cloister. Thank you for this enchanted parenthesis. And above all, thank you to this extraordinary server who brightened up our meal. He wasn't satisfied with serving us, no. From the moment we arrived, then between each dish, he embellished every moment, telling us a thousand stories, juggling with words, using and overusing how right he was! We asked for more a sense of repartee and a rare humor. Cooking such high quality food is an art. But serving them with such eloquence is ultimately one too. So... Hats off to the artist!
We received a dinner at the restaurant as a gift, it’s a great gift. We enjoyed the dinner and variety of served dishes. The accompaniment of the wines is a plus, the sommelier makes them taste in the blind before presenting them.
Chilled surroundings, star-studded cuisine??? This remains for me a very good gastronomy the price is not worth the star
