Single menu at 50 euros on Saturday. Mixed with 3 inputs (all excellent: wolf tartar (just seasoning, beet, mesclun and fresh goat (very simple but very fine and excellent, and hot slates very well made with a great juice. In main dish Barbu served in a large dish to share cooked with fennel and accompanied by a gratin potatoes and cabbage. Very good, it might be a bit of madness if we do the tough ones, but I want to eat this every day.
