Single menu at 50 euros on Saturday. Mixed with 3 inputs (all excellent: wolf tartar (just seasoning, beet, mesclun and fresh goat (very simple but very fine and excellent, and hot slates very well made with a great juice. In main dish Barbu served in a large dish to share cooked with fennel and accompanied by a gratin potatoes and cabbage. Very good, it might be a bit of madness if we do the tough ones, but I want to eat this every day. A person who did not eat the fish had the right to a very beautiful poultry served with excellent garden vegetables. Then cheese (which unfortunately did not follow a service error. And then dessert (3 to choose, all very good (simples but very well executed and beautifully presented.
