Came here for food on the go, had two orders, one of which being a mobile order. They messed up and only gave me one bag with half my items. When I knocked on the door to inform them of their mistake, they told me that I had to go back into line in the drive-through to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix the mistake. Once I got to the window, the manager wouldn’t even talk to me and had the young, innocent employee, who helped me at the door/relayed her initial message make up further mistake. As a former Taco Bell employee I’m not surprised at how underperforming the management is at this Taco Bell, I’ll be sure to never come back and make that recommendation to anyone who asks going forward.
Probably the best Taco Bell in the area. Very nice folks and the food is consistent good quality.
The workers are slow. The one taking orders/operating drive thru window doesn’t seem to grasp very simple concepts or basic questions. My order is partially incorrect at least 30% of the time. The last 3 times I’ve tried to order via the app there’s been a problem including multiple cancellations after payment was approved/accepted. I’ll probably start driving further away to order because there’s been a noticeable decline over the last several months and it is starting to get irritating.
Pulled up at 1140pm, but found the building locked up and dark. However, the hours clearly state that they close at 1am. I have entered a suggestion to correct those hours as per my
