Feedback gevenI went to this restaurant excited to try their big Stromboli, which smelled amazing. However, when I took it home to eat, I realized the crust was undercooked. I returned to the shop, and Eric, a bald guy with glasses, was quite rude about it. He suggested that I just take it home and put it in the oven, and I could hear him swearing under his breath. Overall, I had a disappointing experience with the service. This was my first and definitely my last visit.
I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I waited over an hour for my delivery, and I only live two miles away. When the pizza arrived, one was folded in the box, and the other was completely undercooked, with raw dough that got stuck to the box. My 8-year-old son opened the box and tried to take a slice, but when he realized it was raw dough, he ended up throwing it away. When I contacted the store, they refused to offer a replacement or refund. Instead, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response: "All corrections of errors must be returned completely or there is no compensation for the misproduct." I will never order from them again!
Bed attitude. Spoiled ingredients used anyway. Read the menu: Two pizza deal is a penny more than buying each separate. The Hawaiian Pizza is $16 but the regular pizza with ham and pineapple would be $10. These are the same Pizza!!!! These people have no respect for there customers.
Horrible place no matter which way you looked at it. Go to McDonald's, it's better.
